Due to the effect of Brexit and the resulting fall in the value of the pound on our suppliers' pricing for next season, we have decided to close down. From now on we would no longer be able to offer the value that our customers have come to expect but would have to increase our prices to what we feel would be unacceptable levels.

As long as we continue trading, a 14-day returns policy will be in place. We are experiencing very high numbers of orders (20 times more daily orders than normal at this time of year) and it is taking us a few days longer than usual to process orders. If your order is urgent, please select Special Delivery at checkout and we will aim to despatch it the same day if placed by 2 pm. All other orders will be processed as quickly as possible but please bear with us

Privacy Policy

We know that you provide us with information solely to order clothes from us. We will keep a record of your purchases and of any email correspondence solely in order to effectively deal with any queries or concerns you may have. We will not share this information with others.

Occasionally we run promotional offers to our customers and so it is worth joining our mailing list by sending us an email to to get advance notice of any upcoming promotions, discount codes and to be the first to hear about our New Season ranges and launch dates.

Secure Payments

We use the secure payment system provided by Nochex, a well-known British on-line payment services company, to accept all major credit and debit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Visa Electron and Visa Debit (Delta). We can also accept payment by Paypal. Please note that the transaction will appear on your statement as "Nochex" or "Paypal".

Your name, email address and delivery details are collected by us when you checkout. When you select your payment method, you are passed directly to a secure site for payment processing. Please be assured that we never see your card details. We receive a confirmation of payment and verification of e-mail and delivery addresses only.

Shipping and Charges

We will ship to any address in the UK, Ireland or rest of the European Union, as well as Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, the Russian Federation and Ukraine (which all count as Europe for the purpose of calculating standard shipping charges). In addition we now also ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Africa, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, the Falkland Islands and Kazakhstan! If you don't see your country or region listed please drop us an email and we will do our best to help.

Within the UK, a non-refundable shipping fee of £4.50 per order is applied to all orders. We use Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery as standard, with the option of Special Delivery (Next day from dispatch) available at checkout for a fee of £9.50. Please note that Special Delivery items dispatched on a Friday are expected to arrive on the following Monday.

Outside the UK, a non-refundable shipping fee of of £11.50 is applied to the first item ordered to other European countries whereas further items are charged at £3 each. All orders will need to be signed for on delivery. Please note that our standard service uses the International Postal system and so we can't guarantee delivery times. To some European destinations we may decide to use a courier service instead for heavier parcels.

For orders outside Europe (including the Russian Federation), a non-refundable fee of £15 is applied to the first item, whereas further items are charged at £5. All orders will need to be signed for on delivery. Please note that our standard service uses the International Postal system and so we can't guarantee delivery times. To some destinations we may decide to use a courier service instead for heavier parcels; where this isn't possible large orders may need to be split up in several parcels to comply with the weight limit for international parcels of 2 kg.

We will aim to despatch Special Delivery orders the same or next working day, with a cut-off time of 2 pm, assuming that the product you require is in stock (our systems are set up to only allow the purchase of items that are in stock). In case of an unforeseen problem with your order we will of course contact you by email. All other orders will be processed as quickly as possible, but please note that during our closing down sale this will take a few days longer than usual.

If you wish to have your order dispatched to your work, your neighbour or a relative please indicate this in your delivery address.

We cannot be responsible for postal delays..


VAT is not applicable on children's clothing, however is already calculated and included on any purchases of adult clothing. Customers ordering from outside the EU are able to reclaim the VAT on any adult clothing (1/6th of the total price of the item). In order to reclaim the VAT, please send us an email once the goods have been received and approved; we will then issue a partial refund.

Please note that for goods dispatched to countries outside the EU you will be responsible for any import duty and/or taxes due when they reach your country, as well as any associated handling fees..

Undelivered goods

Please make sure that you provide the correct delivery address at the time of ordering, and check that the delivery address as it appears in your confirmation email is correct and complete. We cannot be responsible for items lost due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer. Should your order be returned to us as "undeliverable" we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. In this case we reserve the right to charge you for any additional shipping cost. Any charges levied by the courier to return a parcel to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be passed on to the customer.

Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted with the clothes you buy from us. If you are not happy with the goods, please return them

We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for goods until we have received them back.

If returning goods from outside the EU, please ensure to clearly mark the parcel "returned goods" as we cannot be responsible for settling any import charges or associated handling fees. In the event that such charges occur, the amount will be deducted from your refund.

For exchanges, we reserve the right to make a charge for the second delivery. We will not refund the cost of returning goods to us, unless the item was faulty when we destpatched it. Any errors with your order or faults have to be notified to us within 30 days. In cases where we agree to reimburse the cost of returning goods to us, the amount reimbursed will correspond to the cost of sending the parcel by Recorded First Class post (within the UK) or International Signed for post (outside the UK).

We reserve the right to refuse the return of goods without the original tags, or where the original manufacturer's packaging is missing or has been badly damaged as this seriously affects the resale value. Alternatively, we reserve the right to charge a £5 restocking fee per item for such items. Please note that wellies must be returned in the original manufacturer's box and must only have been tried on indoors. We respectfully request that all sunsuits are tried on over underwear.

We strongly recommend that you follow the washing instructions on the label inside each item of clothing as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged in the wash.

Please be aware that it can take up to 28 days for your refund to be processed, although it's usually much quicker.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are of course unaffected.
